Online Web Developers, Inc. (OWDI) is the result of a partnership between two full service web development companies owned by Conor Linberg and Kathleen Fisher.

Conor is from Los Angeles, California, founded OWDI in 2002, and serves as the company's lead web developer and designer. In four years, Conor has grown OWDI into a profitable privately-owned company with approximately 7 employees, contractors, and business partners. Under his leadership, OWDI has evolved from its core business of local business websites and graphic design into a full-scope specialty consulting company. OWDI's clients and partners are located nationwide.

Conor's primary areas of expertise include web development, search engine optimization, mobile (WAP) website design, usability & accessibility, website template design, database design, and back-end development.

Conor has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.

Honey's expertise is understanding small business owners' issues and being able to quickly assess their marketing needs. Before joining OWDI, Honey founded KLF Designs, which is a web design, hosting, and consulting business. She has experience serving a broad client base ranging from small to medium size businesses, including schools and non-profit organizations, with a concentration in the legal and medical markets. Honey has a business degree from the University of Delaware.
